Brazil to record UFO sightings

"RIO DE JANEIRO - Brazil is now to officially record any UFO sightings in its vast airspace and make the information available to researchers, according to a government decree published this week.

The text calls on military and civilian pilots and air traffic controllers to lodge any experiences with unidentified flying objects with the Aerospace Defense Command in Brasilia along with any material proof by way of photos or video.

That evidence will be catalogued at the air force's Historic Documentation Center in Rio de Janeiro state, where it will be made available to searchers of extraterrestrial life and other people interested..."

Recalling an encounter of the hairy kind

"NORTH WILKESBORO - Some people spend decades searching for Bigfoot.

Rick Lunsford says that 32 years ago, he ran into the famous furry fellow by accident at the edge of a cornfield in Wilkes County.

Files released on 1974 'Welsh Roswell'

"Geraint Edwards and Elgar Hughes of the Ceirog Valley, Denbighshire, recall seeing a UFO in the sky over north east Wales in 1974.

Pretoria - An unidentified flying object (UFO), which apparently consisted of three bright lights, astounded residents from Booysens in Pretoria for two consecutive nights for several hours.

"ASHBURN — The 5th group of paranormal investigators to check the old Turner County County Jail say they found “pretty strong” evidence of spectral activity at the old jail.

Diane Slomka points to a fuzzy photograph of the second floor taken at street level. In one photo there is a shadow in the lower part of the window. When enlarged, the photo shows a bust-shaped shadow with a white dot where a nose would be and two darker shadows where eyes would be. The investigators also point to what they call hair in the image.
