Three rectangular objects seen over Florida

"I was taking the trash out at 9:30 PM, when I glanced up at the sky as I often do. I immediately saw 3 rectangle shaped lights moving across the sky. They were orange/yellow in color, and arranged as if they were the bottom of an aircraft. They were arranged, with one rectangle atop of 2 other rectangles next to each.

The craft moved at a consistent speed to the west, where I eventually lost it on the horizon. The way it disappeared in the sky was much like the space shuttle does as it enters orbit, leading me to believe that this craft was in a low orbit.

From the time I noticed the object above me to when I lost sight of it, was about 10 seconds. This is something I have never seen before, and leaves me baffled. I was never really a believer in UFOs and dismissed most videos I’ve seen on TV. This changed my mind, I’m baffled. I just wish I had time to get it on video."

Three pointed object appears from electric cloud in Pennsylvania

"Around 11:28 PM I was sitting in my sunroom. All of the animals began to act up, their sound filled the area. I live on top of one of the mountains so I have a great view down into the city and over to the horizon. High up in the sky I saw a strange electric cloud, it looked like a cloud shadowed the moon because it was very bright, but the moon was nowhere around the area.

I was facing south at the time and with the animals still going crazy, there appeared a three-pointed object with lights at each point. I am partially color blind, but the colors seemed to look like green-blue, or even a yellow-purple, I really can't explain the colors.

I stared at the object, which seemed to appear over the horizon near the Galleria Mall / Airport area. The object hovered for about 20 seconds, there were no blinking lights on it, so I knew it wasn't a normal aircraft.

After 30-40 seconds, it disappeared into another cloud of what I can only explain as electricity. The cloud was amorphous and very jelly-fish like, long and wispy strings with a type of density. The animals stopped barking and the object then reappeared, closer to me than before.

It moved very slowly from east to west, then it stopped again, and then it started to move very fast past my field of vision.amorphous I ran through the house, out the front door and watched it fly quickly overhead towards the west. It made a strange, low humming noise and buzzed by me very quickly then it disappeared suddenly. I went back to the sunroom and sat down very confused."

V-shaped UFO seen over New Mexico

"Ever since my sighting last summer, I scan the sky whenever possible looking for more. I went outside to let my dog do his thing before retiring to bed and saw what at first appeared to be a star low on the horizon WSW of me over the Rio Rancho area of W. Albuquerque, which is west of road "528" where the suburb density drops off into desert.

This object was very bright, and no other stars were in the vicinity (it was a full moon), and even though it didn't have FAA flashing lights, I still figured it was an oncoming plane's lights or something, and didn't pay particular attention to it. About 2-3 minutes later, I looked again and noticed that the "plane" not only hadn't moved at all, but the bright, white light had now changed to red, so I ran inside to get my binoculars (7 x 50).

Through the binoculars, I saw what appeared to be a large "V" shape, hanging in the air, pulsing red-green-red-green. Rt 528 is about 15 miles from me as the crow flies, and at first this thing appeared huge, but in the 15 minutes I watched it, it leveled out - still pulsing red-green until it drifted west to the point where I could no longer see it with the naked eye.

But through the binoculars, I could still see it, and then in a few minutes it got so far away it was gone. Anybody traveling south on 528, which goes North to South, must have seen this thing as its size was considerable, so I'm hoping for a corresponding report."

Silver disc seen high in California skies

"I let my indoor cats outside to get some fresh air, and while I was sitting in my chair I saw a silver object. At first I thought it was an airliner high in the sky, as I had watched several cross the sky earlier. This was different.

The silver disk-shaped object did not move in any direction for several minutes. As I watched longer, it seemed to move very slowly to the left, then stop and moved back very slowly to its original position. I tried to consider what I was seeing. I knew this was not a balloon as it did not drift or rise in the wind. I was facing east and the object was N.E. at a 45 degree angle. The object seemed to be very high in the sky. I would say 30,000 to 40,000 ft up.

I had the impression that the object was spinning, but can't say for sure because of the distance. After watching the object for 10 minutes, I ran for the back door to get my wife to see it. When we got back outside less than a minute later, the object was no longer visible. I live near a major air corridor and see all kinds of aircraft all the time. This was unlike anything I have ever seen.

I was very disappointed that my wife missed it, as it was very odd. The other high aircraft were making short contrails, but this object had none. I had the impression as I watched the object that I was seeing something very unusual and strange. The object seemed brighter that other aircraft reflecting sunlight, because it was small enough that I could have easily missed it, if not for its brightness.

It was like polished chrome in appearance."

Ring type UFO videotaped over California

"My son was looking for the International Space Station that night as it was supposed to be visible around dusk. He stayed out there for a while, and it got dark. He did not see the ISS, then he came in and went into his room upstairs for a while.

He glanced out the window to take one last look to see if he could see it, and instead spotted a very small light making very strange patterns and darting at great speeds horizontally and vertically. He ran downstairs and went out the front door and was screaming, "UFO."

He called me out and I was like, "Yeah... sure, it's probably an airplane." I saw it and was in shock!

I called my wife and other kids out and we were just standing there in amazement. After about 10 minutes of this, I was wondering if I could shoot this with my point and shoot still camera, then I realized that I had bought my daughter a video camera for last Christmas, which she never uses. It was still in the box (dead battery, etc, etc), so I had to plug into the outlet on our porch for power and I started shooting. I had never used that camera before, so I was figuring it out as I shot the footage.

Also my daughter had been telling me for a few months now that she had seen a strange looking object several times and would come to get me, but by the time I got there it was gone. I have tried several times to upload sample images of UFO footage that was shot during the sighting to your website, but your system is not working.

I am telling you I have some incredible footage that rivals anything I have seen anywhere. The footage, (seen below), is from the March 16, 2009, sighting showing the craft in great detail, shape shifting, and flying in very strange patterns. Also the next morning my wife was in our back yard and witnessed two (ALL BLACK NO MARKINGS) large, twin rotor helicopters flying very low right over our home. They circled what appeared just over our yard at least 5 times, then flew off towards the North.

We have kept a look out since then and have seen nothing."

Two witnesses get clear view of triangle UFO over Maryland

"My friends and I were outside since it was nice out. There were seven of us. One of the little kids made two of my friends mad so I suggested we lay down in my friend's driveway and look at the stars. We were talking when I noticed the light from a star was blocked out for a moment. I had a double-take and when I looked again, I saw a triangular shaped craft with four orange lights.

Three of these four lights were located near the tips of the craft while the fourth was in the middle. I was in shock. I live in a busy area and my father and I are involved with astronomy and own two telescopes. We both look at the stars all of the time and live near an airport, so we have a VERY clear idea of what a plane looks like at night.

This object wasn't hard to see or obscured by clouds, and I could CLEARLY make out the shape and lights on it. When I saw it, I immediately stood up and shouted to everyone and pointed out the object. One of my friends saw it and kept his eye on it. The object was relatively slow and very low, moving northwest.

This friend always blew off anything about UFOs and thought the whole idea of it was bogus. That is no longer the case. Two other people caught a glance of it, but saw it just before it escaped our point of view. Of course, no one else saw it and when we talk about it they just belittle us. But my friend and I know what we saw."

Cross like object seen over Stow, Ohio

"At approximately 8:05 PM EST, I was traveling westbound in my car on Fishcreek Road in Stow, Ohio. I then observed the object in the sky to the Northwest, above a McDonald's restaurant. At first glance, I thought the object was someone on a motorized paraglider. Upon further viewing, it was NOT a paraglider.

The object appeared to look like a star or cross, and had a mass of something at the junction of where the vertical and horizontal parts met. The object did not appear to be powered and was simply floating northbound.

The object did not have any lights or other shiny parts. I was too far away from the object to detect if it made any sound. I am unsure of its elevation, but it was well above the tree tops.

After turning right onto Darrow Rd (Rt. 91) I still observed the object moving at a modest speed. I turned left into a McDonalds parking lot, circled the building, then got back onto Darrow Rd. to give chase (traveling northbound). I had the object in sight until I turned left onto Terex Rd. I traveled approximately 1/4 mile on Terex Rd. and then made a U-turn heading back towards Darrow Rd.

At that point I could no longer see the object. My last view of the object was at the intersection of Darrow Rd. and Terex Road."

Mulitple witnesses sees unknown lights over Stephenville, Texas

"I was driving down US 67 into Stephenville. We were staying the night in the area to visit Tarleton State the next day. This was my first trip to the area, and I was with two passengers. I jokingly looked at the sky and said, "Of course we have to see a UFO in this one horse town."

All three of us looked up and saw 6 bright, orange lights that looked like street lamps high in the sky. The lights turned off one by one rapidly. My friend tried to get out his camera but it was too late as the last light had gone out.

The light caught our eye because it was right above us. When we noticed it, we knew it wasn't anything we had seen before. I was thinking it could be a radio antenna, but it never came back on. The object was stationary."

Four pulsating lights witnessed in rural Texas

"I was coming out of an oilfield lease in rural Palo Pinto county, a few miles to the east of the Hohertz road area. I spotted 4 large lights pulsing in the night sky ahead of my truck.

They were about 1/4 of a mile away and maybe 300 ft. above the ground. I continued to travel in the direction of the lights, but they disappeared. There were no signs of any aircraft in the area. About a week earlier I had seen something similar, but this time the lights, whatever they were, were much closer.

I've been working nights my whole life. There is something strange going on out there lately. This is something I have never seen before until just recently. I've seen about everything you could see in the night sky and could explain most of it, but not this."

Several unidentified objects over North Carolina

"I started to sky watch about 8:15 PM EST. I saw a lot of commercial traffic along with local aircraft. I saw 1st object that appeared as an aircraft about 8:25 PM that changed its lighting pattern while in flight, and had no detectable noise moving south to north at a very slow rate. I grabbed one of my stepson's friends to come watch, and he saw the object hovering and just blinking North from house and then disappeared.

Later we saw several other objects that had the exact same light pattern that flew over with no sound also. Flying very slow. We continued to watch the sky, and at approximately 9:30 PM, we saw an object that passed just west of the house moving south to north that looked like two small coffee cups stacked open end on each other.

It seemed to be lit up by an external light, and had one white blinking light on the upper portion. This visual was made by both of us through binoculars. It traveled at a very slow rate. We watched this for about 5 minutes.

About 9:45 we saw an object that was traveling north to south, change directiond 180 degrees and go back. We watched as it disappeared beyond the houses. We returned to house to get warm for a bit, but when returned outside we never saw anything for the rest of the night."

Flickering objects gather the attention of witnesses in North Carolina

"Three of my friends and I decided to go star gazing on top of a mountain in Banner Elk, NC. It was exceptionally clear. We took 2 cars, 2 of my friends were in another car. They drove to the spot before me and my other friend arrived. I got a text from them around 2:00 AM, saying they had seen a UFO. We quickly got to them, but they said it had disappeared. They said it hovered above the skyline and quickly disappeared.

I was curious so I looked everywhere I could to find something similar to what they described. They described it as red, green, and white flashes of light. All of a sudden, on my right hand side, I noticed something flashing, much brighter than all the other stars. It also flashed red, green, and white light. It stayed stationary for approximately 20 minutes before going into a pattern.

We then noticed 2 more, side by side, close to the star Betelgeuse, following the same pattern of movement, and they had the same flashing lights. Eventually the original one I spotted began to drop below the mountain, and then bobbed up and down, still visible. It then disappeared. The other two objects began to get more faint like they were farther away. Then to the far left of me, one much closer appeared out of nowhere, also with the same pattern and colors.

Then out of nowhere it disappeared. The only two that were left were the two closest to Betelgeuse. We sat and watched until approximately 4:30 AM."

Bright light moving quietly over Arizona

"While watching for satellites on my back patio, I saw a bright light moving from the northwest to southeast direction. There was no sound at all, and it looked to be descending.

Suddenly it leveled off, and began a zig-zag motion, beginning to ascend to the northeast, and slowly disappear. I then saw a blue flash, and the UFO or whatever, was gone.

I have been fortunate to have seen a number of UFO over the years, from Maine to California. I usually report them to MUFON."

Multiple unknown objects seen over Florida

"Around 11:48 to 11:57 PM, EDT, I witnessed 10 - 12 red, sphere-like objects moving in an irregular line formulation. I was ready to close up my store when my brother called telling me excitedly that there were a group of bright objects within the sky. I went out to look at the scene and there were these objects, moving northwest from my initial point. My two fellow employees came out to see the objects, as did the last three customers we were helping.

On Taft St., nearby drivers stopped and got out of their cars to look at the objects. These objects were red with yellow on the bottom, at times blinking. There were no sounds being omitted from them, unlike when a jet airliner passes overhead.

My brother explained to me that he first saw the objects moving in a single file line, then breaking apart, still being somewhat behind one another. Upon seeing the objects, I began to run across the plaza parking lot, keeping my phone on so that I could get my brother's view from where he was. By the time I had crossed the end of the lo,t the last two objects began criss-crossing one another, never hitting one other.

Finally the very last one appeared to elevate into the atmosphere, becoming dimmer as it reached higher elevations. My coworker believed it was a meteor shower penetrating into the Earth's atmosphere; however, these objects were moving below low level clouds the entire time I was out there.

When I got home I immediately called the local Police of Pembroke Pines and Hollywood, to see whether anyone had already reported the sightings, which no one did. My brother saw the same with the remaining items, saying that they all had ascended into the atmosphere. For me this was the most amazing sight I've ever seen, for I've been interested in this subject since my years in middle school."

Ohio witness sees low-flying triangle UFO

"I walked outside my condo in West Linn, Oregon, to walk the dog at around 8:00 PM. It was completely dark except for the stars and the crescent moon - there were no clouds in the sky. Instantly I heard dogs barking and howling in the northwest direction of the neighborhood, but my dog remained silent (he's not a me-too barker).

Right away I looked up in the sky as I always do when I go outside, and to my left I saw a low-flying vehicle that was coming from the southeast direction and heading northwest. I estimated it being between 50 to 75 yards up in the sky. It was close enough that I saw the bottom of the metal, triangular-shaped vehicle. I was thinking it would hit some trees or crash because it was so low, but apparently it didn't.

I could see the bottom of this jet-sized vehicle, but it was triangle shaped and didn't look like a plane or jet. It was at least 75 feet long. Afterwards, when I stretched my arm out where I saw the vehicle before, it was the size of my hand (woman's hand).

There were bright orange lights on the bottom. I watched it zoom by at about 100 miles an hour - it looked like a fast moving car speed. I could only watch the vehicle between the trees, probably for about 5 seconds max. My dog and I ran to see if we could see anything on the other side of the trees, but it was nowhere in sight. The dogs kept barking when the vehicle passed over in their direction. It was so silent, my dog didn't even look up.

Sideline, when I told my husband how low this UFO was flying, he didn't think it was possible without hitting the trees. So my first report said 100 yards up. But as I was driving on the freeway the following day, I noticed all the tallest street lights that are always next to certain areas of the freeway - the ones that have three lights on them. There are also shorter lights but I'm talking about the tallest ones. The tallest lights were how low the craft was flying.

When I checked out the path in the daylight, there was plenty of room for it to fly that low without hitting any trees. I don't know how anybody else did not see this strange sighting, but nobody else was in sight. I'm tempted to go door-to-door and ask other neighbors if they saw anything.

Right away I called the local TV Channels. The only one that had a live person to talk to said, "that's kind of funny that you'd report that today because it's the Spring Equinox and you could have seen a reflection from the Northern Lights. This was no reflection but rather a solid, industrial strength vehicle.

I sent this information to the local Oregon Mutual UFO Network. Tom Bowden responded right away and will send a local rep to interview me. However, he thought I should also send this information your way."

Witness sees unknown object hovering over LAX

"At 4:00 PM, I was driving south on Grand View Avenue at the intersection of Venice Blvd, 1 block north of Centinella. I was surprised to see an unknown object that was hovering maybe 1-200,00 feet above the LAX area of the city.

It was rather large - long and wide, kind of like the side of a long and very thick blimp, but dark metallic. I put it in the approximate area of hovering over LAX, which is obviously restricted air space. So no blimp would be in the space.

Plus it hovered, didn't move for awhile. I pulled over and watched it for about 2 minutes. I snapped a pic on my cell, but can't really make out the object."

Bright light chases motorist in Utah

"In the evening I was driving home from Vernal, Utah, with my wife and son in our car. At about 7:30 PM, local time, a HUGE, bright, amber-colored light just popped out of nowhere in front of us. It was about 3 miles from me, and about 35 degrees up in the sky in the West. I noticed it because it was obviously the only light in the sky at the time. There were absolutely no stars, planets, planes, or any other sort of light.

I have seen this exact light in the sky before, at least six times this year already! I felt as if it really wanted us to see it. I proceeded to finish driving home. As I was continuing my drive, it moved with me to about 10 degrees above the western horizon. When we got back to my home, I grabbed my camera out of my Jeep and started filming. The object stayed in view for about 30 minutes total. My witness to this is my wife, Nicole, and the footage I have provided.

After filming for about 10 minutes, the object slowly flew North toward the Uintah Mountain Range. It didn't fly off or zoom off, it just kind of faded out of view. The very next day at about 6:30 PM, an unmarked Blackhawk helicopter flew right over my head and went in the exact same direction as the UFO. I even have footage of the helicopter taking pictures of me and my family. In all of the times I and my wife have seen this object, we never ever felt any fear."

Couple see motionless, unknown object over New York

"My wife and I observed an object above a wooded hilltop on the east side of NY RT 16, while driving south. The object was silver/white in color with slightly darker horzontal line running entire length. The ends of the object were rounded.

Object appeared totally motionless perhaps 200-300 ft above hilltop. Distance between our vehicle (road) and hilltop is about 3000 linear ft.

I would guess that the object's dimensions were perhaps 15-20 feet in height and 100 feet in length. There were no clouds in the sky, and the object appeared to be solid and constant against blue sky.

At first I thought it was perhaps some type of balloon, but it was totally motionless on a breezy day. We drove on, I was driving but my wife kept constant visual on object until we passed a grove of trees near road which obscured her vision for 10 seconds. After we cleared tree obstruction, the object was gone."

"I stepped out back to have a cigarette and it was before daylight savings, so it was very dark still at 8 PM. From my yard I can see many flights preparing to get into their landing paths as O'Hare is east of me, but this was different. Looking EAST from Carol Stream to what appeared to be in the direction of O'Hare, there was a cluster of bright lights in a horizontal line that remained stationary, bright, and flashed red and orange at this point (almost spinning), some moving in and out of vision and some staying, but the ones that disappeared returned to sight after just seconds.

For the most part they stayed in a horizontal line or moved to a semicircle formation with some disappearing and returning and some disappearing all together. But there are consistently 2-3 bright, glowing, pulsating orbs that just didn't move at all.

Assuming they were planes, I continued to watch them to make sure they were moving lower to land, but it didn't happen. The distance from the ground wasn't changing. I grabbed my camera, jumped in my car, and drove about 2 miles East to the mall parking lot where the lights were still there - pulsating and moving in and out of the picture/videos I've included.

Still not convinced, or maybe just freaked at this point and amazed that no one else was seeing what I saw, I drove another approx 2 miles east to a parking lot that's on a hill where I was able to get additional shots of the view where these orbs were STILL visible. Being visible from my backyard that night, I've checked every night since at various time to see if it was possibly planes in a holding pattern, but it's not happened since. I hadn't really noticed them spinning / pulsating with the naked eye, but noticed when I viewed the videos.

The first video (seen below) was from the mall parking lot (2 miles east of my house) and the second video (not shown) was from the hilled parking lot (4 miles east of my house). I used just a Cannon digital camera and have little skill and apparently shaky hands, but tried to zoom in / out so you can see the landscape. I also have some pictures as well. Keep in mind the line of bright, white lights in the video under the white and orange pulsating orbs are actually street lights. Keep your eye right above them to see the pulsating orbs moving in and out of view (video 2).

Editor's Note: Video two has a lot of flare, and was difficult to watch, so I did not include it here) The picture quality is not very good, but zoom in on the lone, orange orb high above the street lights. Maybe a plane, but in line with video 2 and the orbs.

The sky was clear and it was approx 40 degrees. I'm sorry for the quality of the videos, but it was the best I could so at the time."

Two Unknown Objects Seen near Flint, Michigan

"We were watching for the satellite and it was a bright, clear night, full of stars. A craft appeared and floated towards Bishop Airport. A second craft did the same. We contacted the airport about this incident and were given a number to call in Detroit. They were not interested about this and blew my mother off.

After this, the next day our phone went dead. We have Comcast cable with Internet, phone, and cable TV. We have had the same setup for around 4 years never with any issues. Only our phone went dead. The cable man said it had something to do with the splitters, but as I am very handy with computers and IT things related, I had checked these myself and there were no issues that I could see.

I just recently found this web site and figured you guys would be interested in it. My mother and her boyfriend are the ones who witnessed this, and she would be more then happy to explain it to someone who will actually listen and take her seriously. If anybody else in Michigan witnessed this, it would be great to hear from you and compare notes. However, my mother and her boyfriend did not have the video camera out.

Silver sphere seen streaking across Virginia

"I was standing alone at the bus stop at 8:45 AM, looking in a southeasterly direction when I spotted a silver sphere streak through the sky at an estimated distance of half a mile and several hundred feet off the ground. The object was observed for a brief 2-3 seconds at a 45 degree angle from the horizon and traveling in a clear blue sky.

It was the size of a dime held at arm's length and heading in the direction of Alexandria, VA, and the Potomac River. Its flight path from behind me would have had it traveling over the Pentagon.

It reflected the sun’s light, and traveled about the same speed that a falling star would be traveling. There was no sound and it simply vanished in flight, not just disappearing over the horizon.

I hadn’t planned on reporting this except that it seemed very similar to the silver-colored sphere described in case 22347 one hour later in Pennsylvania."
